Pack Preparation: Every order is hand-assembled and prepared for the wilderness within 1-2 business days.

The Journey: Orders travel via USPS. Standard domestic transit takes 2–5 business days, depending on how far into the wild your delivery address lies.

Follow the Trail: You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a live tracking link the moment your package leaves our paws.

Protecting the Pack: If your delivery arrives battered from the elements or strays from the path, drop us a line with your order number and photos so we can hunt down a replacement.
